Complaints Procedure

St Mary’s School aims to work in partnership with parents. However, on occasions there may be times when parents have concerns. Where possible concerns or complaints will dealt with through informal discussion with the Headteacher and/or class teachers in the first instance.

Cases, which cannot be resolved informally, will be deemed formal complaints to be pursued through the Governing Body.

Any concerns or complaints will be recorded formally.
